Abstract
The design of a Regional Health Center resulted from a need to create a psychological change in the indigent person. The average indigent person has the view of a health center as an institution and not as a place to get help. Therefore, I am going to create a health center that will de-institutionalize, a center that will draw the people of the area into it and, unknowingly, they will develop a familiarity with the Center.
