Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación analiza las dinámicas sociales que configuran la identidad sexual de dos personas intersexuales en Costa Rica, en función de sus vivencias, significados y expresiones corporales, para lo cual se empleó el método biográfico, con el fin de profundizar en sus experiencias en conformidad con el fenómeno en estudio; a partir del abordaje de la relación con el personal médico, la socialización del género y la puesta en práctica de la agencia para determinar la identidad sexual.
