Introduction: Experiential learning in the health becomes effective through transformation. The utilization of Art enhances aesthetic experience, creates a fertile ground for the cultivation of social skills and contributes to improving the quality of health care. Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of the use of art in the experiential learning of health professionals and in the optimization of the quality of health care. Material and Methods: Multidimensional qualitative research methodological strategy was conducted in order to achieve triangulation. Qualitative research methods used are action research, content analysis, thematic analysis, focus group, participant observation, analysis of literary artworks, analysis of visual artworks, analysis of poetic narratives from the field health , video analysis and analysis of documents from the research diary. The study population consisted of health professionals in postgraduate and predoctoral training and health leaders. Results: Analysis of the research field of creative writing demonstrated the necessary skills for the therapeutic relationship and in the field of theatrical dramatization it was proved that theatrical techniques are the most effective way of transformation. Exploration of essential soft skills in health care revealed communication, empathy, collaboration, emotional intelligence, emotional resilience, conflict management, coping with moral harassment and leadership. Implementation of a training seminar on skill development through action research led to the integration of art forms in order to be effective. Exploration of the use of literary works led to the foundation of a theory of a philosophical manifestation of the democratic model of leadership, the understanding and application of conflict analysis tools and the learning of the art of persuasion. Sociodrama, poetic narrative, digital poetic narrative and audio drama contributed to the understanding and learning of communication methods. Finally, the investigation of the semiotics and phenomenology of leadership through visual artworks demonstrated the effectiveness of the perception of body language, visual literacy, semiotics and the matching with the socio-cultural conditions of each era. Conclusions: The utilization of Art in the experiential learning of health workers is a very effective way of transformation and improvement in both their work life and personal development. At the same time it dramatically improves the quality of the therapeutic relationship and therapeutic effectiveness. It is particularly important that humanistic studies are integrated into all levels of study for health workers, undergraduate, postgraduate, continuing education and within health organizations through training programs. Achievable vision is the prosperity in the healthcare workplace and the creation of a new therapeutic culture.
