My doctoral work primarily explores men's lived experiences of male infertility within Pakistan. Previous studies indicate a cross-section between two distinct yet interrelated concepts; masculinity and infertility. This study takes into account the in-depth interviews of thirty infertile men and five male infertility specialists who were identified and recruited through an IVF clinic in Lahore to explore what happens when men are clinically diagnosed as infertile.
